Nearly 10 years of graphic design, media production, social media and communications for a modern lutheran church community in Helsinki.
At the beginning of my career in Verkosto I developed a solid visual look that has developed to a strong visual brand through the years. Simplicity is the key of my design and it has offered countless variations and possibilities to make Verkosto pop up really well in it's lutheran church context, creating fresh and modern feel for the organisation.
Verkosto's visual branding included the main organisation logo and several other logo designs for different functions of the community, overall color themes and font styles and a style of illustration.
I got to make everything from website and social media, printed posters and flyers to t-shirts and other merchandise to photography, videos, presentations, live background graphics and animations.
In Verkosto I worked in a small team that run the most important functions of the community. Verkosto is a network of communities and – above all – people so many things are dependent on teams of volunteers. Verkosto works closely with local lutheran parishes in Munkkiniemi, Malmi, Roihuvuori and Espoonlahti.
